Wine Characteristics :It’s a gourmet white wine full of energy. Its appearance is generally a pale golden color. The nose expresses floral aromas (hawthorn, acacia) then fruits (exotic fruits or citrus). On the palate a beautiful freshness awakens the taste buds. Pairs nicely with the famous Burgundy snails, but also with the traditional marble ham.
